Group Counseling

Group counseling offers something individual therapy cannot always provide: the healing experience of realizing you are not the only one. In a small, facilitated group, you can connect with others working through concerns such as grief, self-worth, stress, trauma impact, and emotion regulation, while learning skills you can use in daily life.
We structure our groups to balance support and education. You might practice DBT-informed coping skills, explore how shame shows up in your body, or share a hard moment from your week and receive grounded, compassionate feedback. You always choose how much you share; silence and listening are welcome, too.
Every group is led by a licensed professional (or by a supervised clinician) who provides clear guidelines for confidentiality, consent, and emotional safety. We complete any required assessment and documentation in line with state and federal regulations, so you can focus on growing, grieving, and rebuilding a sense of connection-within yourself and with others.
